【Abstract】 A formaldehyde-free, multi-functional(group) low-temperature self-crosslinking binder was synthesied. The selection of process conditions such as the dosage of binder SX in pigment printing, curing temperation and curing time was discussed. Without using hydroxy formaldehyde acrylic amide crosslinking monomers, binder SX will not release harmful formaldehyde during treatment. When printing with this binder at 100℃ and curing for 2 minutes, fastness of the resultant product will live up to the national standard.更多还原
