离子色谱法电导检测测定土壤中的吲哚-3-乙酸

【摘要】 吲哚 - 3-乙酸在流速为 1ml/min,淋洗液为 3mmol/l的 Na2 CO3和 3mmol/l的 Na OH的混合溶液的离子色谱仪 DIONEX(DX- 10 0 T)上较好的检测。其检测限为 0 .73μg/ml(S/N=3) ;保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 1.88%、4.44 %、0 .5 1% ,在线性范围 1— 10 0 0 μg/ml,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为 0 .990 1和 0 .9997。在此条件下 ,常规阴离子对乙烯利的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定 ,回收率分别为 10 7.84% (峰高 )和 94.81% (峰面积 )。这种方法快速、灵敏 ,结果令人满意

【Abstract】 An ion chromatography system for the determination of Indol 3 acetic was described. Ion chromatograph was carried out by suppressed conductivity detection (DX 100T). The eluent contained 3mmol/l Na 2CO 3 and 3 mmol/l NaOH. The detection limit was 0 73μg/ml(S/N=3). The relative standard deviation was 1 88% for retention time, 4.44% for height and 0.51% for area, re spectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9997 for area and 0.9901 for height. The linear range was 1 1000μg/ml. Common inorganic ion and organic acids did not interfere. The recovery was 94.81% for area and 1 07.84% for height. The method was simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
