【Abstract】 Based on the double weight optimal linear combination of Hue Saturation Intensify images, an algorithm for automatic segmentation of leukocyte images is presented. The t test method is used to calculate the optimal weights. The combined image is characterized with single valley histogram and is quite suitable for image segmentation with automatic threshold. The results show the algorithm can segment the leukocytes effectively.更多还原
