【Abstract】 This method measures four phase components simultaneously and so the sampling time can be reduced.The voltages on tested capacitor and standard resistor are measured through different channel combinations to eliminate the errors resulted from the difference between channels.The method solves the problem of slow A/D conversion and thus increases the speed of measuring instruments.更多还原
