【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于数字调制和解调技术的电容式位移传感器的设计方法。这种数字调制和解调技术是数字合成技术在信号处理领域的一种应用。通过对影响数字合成波形质量的各种因素的分析 ,给出提高数字合成信噪比的相应措施。实验结果表明 ,这种基于数字合成技术的电容式位移传感器可实现高精度位移测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a design method of capacitance displacement sensor based on digital synthesis technology. Through analyzing the factors that influence the waveform quality, the corresponding measure can be performed to improve the Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) of the waveform. So the measurement accuracy of the sensor is improved largely by using a high stability digital excitation source and reference source in AC bridge method. Validity of the mathematical theory analysis of the method is experimentally verified.更多还原
