【摘要】 通过 CAN总线将分布在 1km轧线上轧制力、带钢宽度、厚度 ,入口、出口温度等信号采集上来。由两台操作站进行信息综合处理 ,两台操作站实现冗余操作 ,对轧线设备运行状态进行实时监控和分析 ;运用实时测点数据 ,通过产生式规则建立一专家系统 ,实现传感器在线故障诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of CAN field bus, the system collects the signals distributed along 1km rolling line such as rolling force, strip steel width and depth, entry and outlet strip steel temperature etc. The two redundant working stations process the synthetic information and make full analysis of the running states of the devices, We design a expert system based on production rule with application of the real time measured point data and realize on line sensor fault diagnostic.更多还原
