【摘要】 目的:RP-HPLC法测定白化兔眼内各组织中醋酸地塞米松的浓度。方法:手术分离家兔眼玻璃体、虹膜、巩膜、视网膜及脉络膜,用乙醚于组织匀浆及玻璃体中提取药物,流动相为乙腊/水(55/45,v/v)。结果:所建立的方法于测定范围具良好的线性关系,加样回收率和精密度均好,检测限为1ng。结论:本方法用于测定家兔眼组织内醋酸地塞米松含量准确、灵敏。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine dexamethasone acetate in ocular tissues of albino rabbit by a RP- HPLC method. Methods: Vitreous fluid,iris,sclera,retina and choroid were separated by operation. Dex-amethasone acetate was extracted from tissue homegenate using diethyl ether. The mobile phase was ace-tonitrile/water(55/45,v/v). Results: The method showed high linearity,good recovery and precision, with a limit of detection of Ing. Conclusion: This method is accurate and sensitive for determination of dexamethasone acetate in rabbit ocular tissues.更多还原
