【摘要】 目的:寻找一种实用、有效的鉴别西洋参、人参、三七的方法。方法:通过性状鉴别、显微鉴别等多种方法比较,最终选用TLC法,拟以图谱方式直观地反映出西洋参、人参、三七三者之间的差异,从而达到鉴别三者的目的。结果:找到一种实用,而且能有效区别西洋参、人参、三七的方法。结论:本文提供的方法,不仅适用于西洋参、人参、三七药材(整货、饮片、粉末)的鉴别,而且亦适用于单味及成方制剂中西洋参、人参、三七的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In Order to search a practical and effective method the identification for Radix Panacis Quinquefolii,Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng. Method: A TLC method is finally chosen after trying out the description identification,microscopical identification and some other ways by comparison. It was intended to directly and visually reveal the distinctions by way of atlas in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng,aimed at identifying the above three drugs. Result: Find a practical method which can effectively distinguish the above three drugs. Conclusion: This method is not only suitable for the identification of the above three drugs no matter in their original shapes, in processed pieces or in powder,but also applicable to the identification of simple preparations made by one of the three or any of them in patent medicines.更多还原
