有机溶剂在浆萃硫浸出锌精矿

【摘要】 研究常压条件下 ,FeCl3-HCl浸出锌精矿 ,有机溶剂在浆萃取硫的过程 ,并通过SEM分析比较矿粒与浸出渣形貌。实验结果表明 ,在萃硫有机相存在条件下盐酸最佳浓度为 1~ 2mol/L ;提高浸出溶液温度可提高锌浸出率 ;在浸出溶液中加入萃硫有机相四氯乙烯可使浸出率在 2~ 3h内达 95 % ;浸出速率提高 4~ 5倍。萃硫有机相四氯乙烯的作用是使包裹在矿粒表面的元素硫脱离 ,增加矿粒表面活性点与反应溶剂的有效接触 ,加速浸出反应

【Abstract】 The process of leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate by FeCl 3 HCl at normal pressure with extracting sulfur in pulp by tetrachloroethylene instantaneously is investigated The surface appearance of concentrate particle and leaching residue are studied by SEM The optimum concentration of HCl is 1~2 mol/L in the presence of tetrachloroethylene The leaching temperature plays an important role in increasing zinc recovery Tetrachloroethylene is used as a solvent to remove elemental sulfur on the surface of concentrate particles, then the leaching agent contacts to mineral easily The zinc recovery is up to 95% and the rate of leaching reaction increases by a factor of 5~6, while tetrachloroethylene is used in leaching process
