国外生物氧化提取技术的进展

【摘要】 从资源经济、合理开发利用的角度出发 ,对生物氧化提取技术的研究与应用进行了论述 ,并重点对国外在该领域的工业应用作了比较详尽的说明。该技术在工业上已经应用到铜、金、铀、钴的回收。由于生物氧化及浸出技术的工业应用投资少 ,生产费用低 ,适合于处理低品位及难处理的矿石 ,对生态环境无影响 ,因而具有很好的工业应用前景

【Abstract】 The development and progress of biooxidation and bioleaching in refractory mineral processing in abroad is reviewed,especially for commerical applicatios The principle of biooxidation and bioleaching is that sulphur-philic bacteria or ferro-philic bacteria make sulphide minerals oxided,or valuable metals liberated,or valuable components dissolved,or minerals bearing sulfur and iron formed a solvent to make valuable metal dissolved, which let valuable metals easy recovery The biooxidation and bioleaching technology have been applied to recovering of copper,gold,uranium and cobalt in commercial scale Because of less capital cost,less operating cost,suitable for treating refractory ores,and no impact to ecological environment,the application of biooxidation and bioleaching technology in commercial plant has a good prospect
