【Abstract】 In the present paper, the karyotype of Caryopteris paniculata is investigated. The somatic chromosome number is 2n=18 and basic number is x=9. Its karyotype could be formulated as 2n=2x=18=6m+2sm+1st(1SAT). The ratio between longest and shortest chromosome is 3 74. The centromeric terminalization value is 56 7%, belonging to Stebbinss 2B type.更多还原
