【摘要】 目的　探讨心肌缺血预适应对急性心肌梗死患者梗死面积及抗心律失常的影响。方法　对照分析112例心肌梗死前有心肌缺血预适应史与 116例无心肌缺血预适应史急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料。结果　缺血预适应组比非缺血预适应组的心肌梗死范围小 (P <0 0 1)、心肌酶峰值低 (P <0 0 5 )、复杂室性早博发生率低 (P <0 0 0 5 )、病死率低 (P <0 0 1)。结论　心肌缺血预适应有缩小心肌梗塞面积及抗心律失常的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of ischemic preconditioning on infarct size and arrhythmia of patients with acute myocarclial infarction(AMI).Method Clinical observation on 112 patients with ischemic preconditioning(IP) and 116 patients without ischemic preconditioning(WIP)before AMI.Result The infarct size was smaller in the IP group than the WIP group.The peak value of serum cardiac enzymes was lower in the IP than the WIP group.The complex ventricular premature beats and mortality rate in 3 weeks were also lower in IP than the WIP group.Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning have effects on reducing infarct size and antiarrhythmia更多还原
