【摘要】 由于岔河铜矿黄铁矿含量逐年增高 ,造成铜精矿品位不断下降 ,为此我院进行了选矿工艺流程和药剂制度的研究。结果表明 ,当磨矿细度为 - 0 0 76mm占 70 %、pH值为 13～ 14时 ,经两次粗选、一次精选的闭路工艺流程 ,铜精矿品位可由现场的 17%左右增至 2 5 40 % ,铜回收率从 75 %左右增至 85 % ,大幅度提高了选矿指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The grade of copper concentrate in Chahe has been decreased contenuously along with the increase of pyrite in ore.In order to improve the quality of concentrate,a new technological flowsheet and regime of reagent is developed by KMRI.Experiment shows that the copper content in concentrate can be increased from 17% to 25 4%,and recovery of copper from 75% to 85% by using the flowsheet of two rougher flotation and one cleaner flotation.The grain size of ore after grinding is -0 076 mm(accounting for 70% of total)and pH=13～14.更多还原
