白魔芋外植体组培分化条件的研究

【摘要】 用白魔芋的 5种营养器官作外植体在 1 1种培养基上进行组织培养。M6培养基适于侧芽生长和皮下组织诱导愈伤 ;M9培养基适于主芽生长和基部组织诱导愈伤 ;M2培养基适于皮上芽苞组织分化生长 ;且皮上芽苞组织为最好的接种材料

【Abstract】 explants excised from Amorhophallus albus inoculated in 11 Kinds of medium for tissue Culture. M6 medium was suitable for growth of side-bud and callus Induction of subcutaneous tissue.M9 medium was suitalbe for growth of main-bud and callus Induction of basilar-tissue of main-bud.M2 medium was snitable for budlet differentiation.Budlet was good Incubation material.
