结晶法由湿法磷酸生产磷酸二氢钾结晶特性的研究
Study on the Crystallization Habit of Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate from Wet-process Phosphoric Acid
【摘要】 研究了三聚氰胺结晶法净化湿法磷酸生产磷酸二氢钾的结晶过程。确定了结晶介稳区 ,测定了搅拌、振动、杂质对结晶过程的影响及不同降温速率对结晶习性的影响 ,并采用差热分析和热重分析仪测试了结晶产品的脱水特性。
【Abstract】 Crystallization course of potassium dihydrogen phosphate from wet process phosphoric acid purified by crystallization with melamine phosphate was investigated.Meta stable region of crystallization was determined and effects on crystallization by agitation,vibration,impurity and cooling rate were studied.The dehydration features of the product KH 2PO 4 were determined.
