【Abstract】 The different media of callus inducing,propagation and shooting are tested and studied.The callus are successfully induced from the explant of single individual and the sprout of Erigeron berviscapus and their shoot inducing are accomplished.The plantation of the seedling by tissue culture is also done.The whole process of propagation provides a new way to the artificial cultivation and breeding of this important species.更多还原
