盐酸介质中烷基胺对铝的缓蚀作用
Corrosion Inhibition of Alkylamines on Aluminium in Hydrochloric Acid Solutions
【摘要】 采用失重法研究了异丙胺、正丁胺、正辛胺在盐酸介质中对铝的缓蚀性能 ,发现正辛胺是一种较好的缓蚀剂 .测定了在 3 0 ,4 0 ,5 0 ,60℃的温度下正辛胺在不同浓度 ( 0 ,5× 10 -2 ,1× 10 -2 ,1× 10 -3,1× 10 -4,1×10 -5mol·L-1)时对铝的缓蚀率 .
【Abstract】 The inhibitive action of isopropyl amine,n-butyl amine and n-octyl amine on aluminium corrosion in hydrochloric acid solutions was studied using mass loss technique.It was found that n-octyl amine was a effective inhibitor.The inhibition efficiency of n-octyl amine for aluminium was determined in a series of n-octyl amine solutions with concentration varying from 5×10 -2 ?mol·L -1 to 1×10 -5 ?mol·L -1 at 30,40,50℃ and 60℃.
