烟叶中核心香气成分的GC/MS分析
GC/MS Analysis of Kernel Flavor Ingredients in Tobacco Leaf
【摘要】 采用索氏提取技术对烟叶末样品的挥发性成分进行提取 ,用GC/MS和双柱复检法对烟叶中的核心香气成分进行了定性 ,半定量分析 .质谱共鉴定了 6 5种香气成分 ,为定量分析奠定了基础 .由于在样品前处理中采用丙酮直接萃取核心香气成分 ,避免了传统的碱洗 ,酸洗过程 ,获得了比较客观的分析结果 ,为烟叶中核心香气成分的分析开拓了崭新的研究思路 .
【Abstract】 Soxhlet Extractor has been applied to extract volatile ingredients of tobacco leaf and Gas/Mass has also been used to identify the flavor ingredients in tobacco samples by double columns’ check (apolar and polar).GC/MS identified 67 compounds with flavor in tobacco leaf and lay a foundation for quantitative analysis.During pretreatment,kernel flavor constituents are exacted by acetone directly,traditional alkali wash and acid wash steps were cancelled,and hence we obtain a much objective analysis result.This research opens up a new investigate way for analysis of kernel flavor ingredients in tobacco leaf.
