近红外光谱分析技术在烟草化学分析上的应用研究

【摘要】 应用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪 ,对具代表性的 30 0个烟草样品建立了近红外光谱与总糖、还原糖、尼古丁、总氮 4种主要成分含量间的关系模型 ,经分析样品检验摸型 ,结果表明 ,各成分近红外预测值与实测值之间的平均相对误差均小于 5 % ,近红外光谱分析技术可初步用于烟草常规化学成分的快速定量分析 .

【Abstract】 Correlation models of near infrared(NIR) spectrum and four main chemical components total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen of tobacco to 300 representative tabacco samples were established by using Fourier transform near infrared spectrograph.The correlation models were checked up with samples analysis,the average relative errors between NIR predicting data and actual measured results of different components were under 5%.The results suggested that NIR spectroscopy analytical technique can be applied preliminarily on quick and quantitive analysis of reqular chemical components of tobacco.
