【Abstract】 transgenic lines with stable characters were obtained after introducing AGP gene into Japonica rice Hexi 42.The comparative experiment of different lines from transgenic Hexi 42 showed that B-4—one of the lines had the higher yield than control and remarkable variance.The result that transgenic plants increased their yield by promoting fullness of the seeds is preliminarily conculuded.更多还原
