【Abstract】 Using vitro free plantelets in vitro of 3 Yunnan cultivars of potato (Cooperation-88,Huizehong,Atlantic) as the experimental materials,the authers studied on growth and development of potato microtuber.The results showed that the plantlet in vitro cultured in MS medium containing 120?g/L sugar and 3.0?mg/L 6-BA may be induced potato microtuber under suitable light intensity.更多还原
