【摘要】 从云南省 12个地州的土壤 ,感病组织上分离到共 70个丝核菌株 ,经与标准菌株配合测定 ,可划分为 12个融合组 ,其中有 8组已知 ,它们是AG1-IC ,AG4HG -Ⅱ ,AG4HG -Ⅰ ,AG - 6GW ,AGB(a) ,AGBa ,AGI -Ⅱ ,AGBb ,AGK ,WAG -E ,WAG -O ,其中AG6GW属于国内尚未被报道的融合群。昆明地区分布丝核菌菌丝融群最为丰富 ,在所有 11群中占有 5群 ,其它地州分别分布有 1- 4群。温度梯度测定中 ,大多数丝核菌的最适生长温度为 2 5～ 2 9℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 isolates of Rhizoctonia spp. Were isolated from diseased tissues of plants, soil in 12 districts in Yunnan province. According to the hyphal fusion with Ogoshi’s anastomosis groups (Ags) of Rhizoctonia , they belong to AG1-IC,AG4HG-I,AG4HG-II,AG6GW,AGB(a),AGBa,AG1-II,AGBb,AGK,WAG_E,WAG-O. the isolates of AG6GW is first found in rice. 5 anastomosis groups distribute in Kunming district.1-3 anastomosis groups distridute in other districts. Most isolates’ suitable temperature of Rhizoctonia spp. is 25～29?℃ in temperature grads mensuration.更多还原
