【Abstract】 According to comrade Jiang zhemin’s Three Representatives,what counts is to enhance the establishment of teaching profession for colleges and universities to represent the advancement of China’s advanced culture.The author,from the requirement of constructing the socialist culture with Chnia’s own characteristics,probes into the connotation and basical structures of modern teaching profession,analyses the problems existed in the establishment of teaching profession,and suggests the ways to enhance the establishment under the new situation.更多还原
