离子选择电极的正确使用与维护
The use and maintenance of ISE
【摘要】 使用离子选择电极时必须确保分析仪具有良好的不间断电源和优质试剂 ,维护时应注意定期对电极进行去蛋白清洁和调整 ,能正确判断电极老化并利用ConversionFactor进行结果补偿。
【Abstract】 To sure ISE is in good-conditions,the analyzer should have UPS and use good-quality reagents,the ISE should be cleaned and adjusted regually.In order to obtain correct results with ISE,we should pay attention to if ISE is ageing and to use Conversion factor to correct results.
