【Abstract】 Using sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, plasma levels of new recombinant modified human tumor necrosis factor mutant (rhTNF NC) were detected to examine the pharmacokinetics of iv rhTNF NC in mice. It was found that plasma concentration time curves after iv rhTNF NC in mice exhibited in a dose dependent manner. t 1/2β is 37.4 min. AUC of three different dosages are 4.08,10.3 and 57.3 mg·min·L -1 , and Cls are 0.38, 0.18 and 0.07 mL·min -1 , respectively.更多还原
