【摘要】 目的　通过在斜视手术中使用丝裂霉素C(MMC) ,观察MMC对减少术后肌肉与周围粘连的效果。方法　手术后徙家兔 2眼上下直肌并缝合于浅层巩膜上 ,右眼在术中使用MMC而左眼不用 ,术后 6周观察肌肉与周围组织粘连和附着情况。结果　实验眼肌肉与周围的粘连情况较对照组明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ,肌肉附着点张力也较对照眼减少(P <0 0 5 )。结论　在实验性斜视手术中使用MMC可明显减少术后肌肉与周围粘连 ,而不影响肌肉与巩膜的愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the effectiveness of intraoperative topical mitomycin C(MMC) in reducing the formation of postoperative adhesions and scar in the rabbit.MethodA prospective,controlled study was performed in rabbit.Symmetrical bilateral recessions of the superior and inferior rectus muscles were performed on each rabbit.During the operation,left eye served as control while the right eye was treated with a 5 minute intraoperative exposure to topical mitomycin.At six weeks after surgery,conjunctiva,Tenon’s capsule,and the recessed rectus muscle were lifted and inspected to determine the presence and extent of any adhesion and scar by clinical findings and histopathology.The tensile strength of new musculo scleral junction were examined.ResultsMitomycin reduced the formation of adhesions and the postoperative scar.The tensile strength of the musculo scleral junction was reduced in the mitomycin treated eyes but exceeded the force generated during extraocular ductions.ConclusionThis study indicates that topical MMC exposure may inhibit scarring in strabismus surgery without inhibiting muscle reattachment or causing other obvious adverse effects.更多还原
