【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体切割术后睫状沟缝线固定人工晶状体（ＩＯＬ）植入术的效果、并发症及防治措施。方法用灌注头维持眼压。用睫状体为缝线固定法植入后房型 ＩＯＬ ２１例（２１眼）。结果术后矫正视力 ０． １者 １例（占５％），０．２～０．４者４例（占１９％），０．５～１．０者１６例（占７６％）。术中并发症：脉络膜脱离２例，玻璃体出血３例。术后并发症：ＩＯＬ偏斜１例，视网膜脱离３例。结论 该术式可获得较理想的视力恢复效果。玻璃体切割术后一期植入者并发症较少。术中维持眼压可减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effects of ciliary sulcus sutured intraocular lens (IOL) implantation after vitrectomy and investigate how to prevent and treat its complications.Methods21 cases (21 eyes) including 4 cases of lens dislocatton into the vitreous,11 cases of traumatic cataract and 6 cases of none lens suffered ciliary sulcus sutured intraocular lens implantation after routine vitrectomy.Results Postoperative correct vision 0.1 in one case(5%),0.2～0.4 in 4 cases (19%),0.5～1.0 in 16 cases(76%).Intraoperative complications included choroidal detechment in 2cases,vitreous hemorrhage in 3 cases.Postoperative complications included IOL deviation in one case and retinal detchment in 3 cases. ConclusionThis surgery can obtain better vision.The complications were less than for IOL implants in the first stage after vitrectomy.Maintaining intraocular pressure during operation can reduce complications.更多还原
