白内障术后房水一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的动态变化
Dynamic changes of nitric oxide in aqueous humor after cataract extraction
【摘要】 目的探讨白内障术后房水一氧化氮(NO)与炎症反应的关系。方法用新西兰白兔动态观察对照组、晶状体囊外摘出术组(ECCE)和晶状体囊外摘出+人工晶状体植入术组(ECCE+ IOL)眼内炎症反应及房水一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和NO2-/NO3-的活性。结果白内障术后炎症反应与房水 NOS和 NO活性呈动态变化,ECCE+ IOL组明显高于ECCE组,且上两组均高于对照组。结论房水NO的变化与白内障术后限内炎症反应密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of nitric oxide nitric oxide (NO) in aqueous humor after cataract extraction. Methods The activities of Nos and NO, - /No, - and ocular inflammation were observed in control group,extt f racapsular cataract extraction group(ECCE ) and extratacapsular cataract extraction + intraocular lens implantation group (ECCE. + IOL) in rabbit eyes. Results The activities of Nos and No, - /NO, - and ocular inflammation were changed dynamically. The activities of NOS and NO2 - /NO3 - of ECCE + IOL group were higher than that of ECCE group, and activities of NOS and NO2 - /NO3 - of above both groups were higher than that of control groups. Conclusion NO is related close to ocular inflammatory reaction after cataract extraction.
