【摘要】介绍了宝钢2号板坯连铸机结晶器拉坯阻力在线监测系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统通过监测振动电机的功率得到结晶器的拉坯阻力 ,具有结构简单、可靠有效等优点 ,实际运行效果良好更多还原

【Abstract】 The hardware and software design of mould friction on line measuring system for Baosteel’s No2 slab continuous caster is presented. The friction is obtained through measuring power of mould oscillation motor in this system which is simple, reliable and efficient. Running result of the system is good.更多还原
