中厚板控冷过程有限元模拟及在生产中的应用
Finite Element Analysis of Plate Temperature Fiele in the Process of Controlled Cooling and the Application in Production
【摘要】 利用 ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对中厚板轧后控冷过程进行了有限元模拟 ,得到了钢板在水冷条件下的温降曲线及瞬态温度场分布 ,为制定合理的控冷工艺提供了有力的指导作用。鞍钢厚板厂现场试验结果表明 ,轧后控冷可以显著提高钢板的强度和韧性。
【Abstract】 The simulation of plate temperature field in the process of past-rolling controlled cooling based on finite element analysis software ANSYS is discussed. The simulation results of temperature variation curves and transient temperature distribution provide excellent guidance to the control of cooling process .The results of test in Angang Heavy Plate Mill show that the strength and toughness of steel plate can be obviously raised by using controlled rolling and controlled cooling.
