马寨油田卫305块IPCS技术矿场应用

【摘要】 IPCS技术即油藏深部调剖与表面活性剂驱油接续 ,提高原油采收率的技术 ,是将调剖堵水与三次采油有机结合起来的一种技术。本文介绍该技术在马寨油田卫 30 5块的现场应用情况。在矿场应用中试验井组见效后产液量在 190m3 /d左右保持稳定 ,产油量从 14t/d上升到 2 8t/d ,含水从 91%下降到 85 % ,动液面从 130 0m上升到110 0m ,获得了稳油控水的良好结果

【Abstract】 Indepth profile control and surfactant flood(IPCS) is a combinational technology of tertiary oil recovery. An IPCS operation includes successive injection of Na 2CO 3 solution as pretreating plug, a retarded gelling fluid CDG for indepth permeability adjustment, a low concentration(0.3%) mixed surfactant solution as main, oil displacing plug, and a fluid CDG of lower concentration as protecting plug. The experimental data on two sets of parallel cores of higher and lower permeability reveal satisfactory results of permeability control and oil recovery enhancement. The successful field trial application of IPCS at a well net of 2 injection and 6 production wells at Block W305, Mazhai, Zhongyuan, is described and discussed.
