复配原油破乳剂研究

【摘要】 实验测定了滨州化工厂生产的 15种商品破乳剂对胜利滨南一矿含水 (6 0 % )稠油的脱水效果。除去脱水率不高或原本为复配剂的共 5种 ,将其余 10种单一组分破乳剂一对一等量复配 ,组成 45个二元复配物 ,测定了它们对稠油的脱水率 ,得到了脱水效果最好的复配组TA 10 31+AE 990 1,加量 10 0mg/L时 6 0℃、90min脱水率高达99.0 % ,超过单剂最高脱水率 (88.9% )。最优化实验结果为 :TA 10 31与AE 990 1配比 1∶2 ,总加量 10 0mg/L ,脱水温度 5 5℃ ,90min脱水率 98.3%

【Abstract】 commercial demulsifiers manufactured by Binzhou Chemical Plant at Binzhou, Shandong, are taken to dehydrating high water cut(60%) viscous crude oil from Binnan, Shengli, at use level 100 ppm and 60℃. Of them 10 monocomponent demulsifiers are selected to set up 45 pairs as combinational demulsifiers(mass ratio 1∶1) and assessed for dehydration efficiency. It is shown that the most effective combination is TA 1031+AE 9901 with dehydration rate 99.0% in 90 min, higher than that for any single demulsifier. A set of optimization experiments leads to: mass ratio TA 1031 to AE 9901 1∶2, use level 100 ppm, dehydation temperature 55℃, dehydration rate in 90 min 98.3%. The experimental results are discussed.
