SLS快速成型工艺激光扫描路径策略研究
Scanning Path Scheme for SLS RP System
【摘要】 在选择性激光烧结快速成型工艺中 ,零件是靠激光逐层扫描各种成型材料直接固化成型的 .由二维到三维的逐层累积过程中 ,扫描器要做大量的扫描 .合理的扫描路径对提高成型效率 ,改善扫描器的工作状态无疑有着重要意义 ;在对现有激光扫描方式的实验研究和理论分析基础上 ,提出了一种基于单调域的扫描路径生成算法 ,成功地应用于开发的快速成型机中
【Abstract】 In the process of Selective Laser Sintering, layers of material are successively cured by laser until the model′s final shap e is obtained. A large number of vector scanning must be carried out in the grow th process which is from 2D to 3D, reasonable scanning paths can increase the pr oductivity and improve the working status of the scanner. In this paper, a laser scanning path generating algorithm is proposed , which is well used in our SLS machine .
