高摩尔质量聚二甲基硅氧烷阳乳的合成
Synthetic Method for Cationic Silicone Emulsion with High Molecular Weight
【摘要】 仅采用十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵作乳化剂 ,八甲基环四硅氧烷在碱催化下开环聚合 ,合成出稳定、高摩尔质量的聚二甲基硅氧烷阳乳。并发现八甲基环四硅氧烷开环乳液聚合过程不是在胶束表面进行 ,而是在胶束栅栏或胶束内进行 ;乳胶稳定性与形成溶致介晶态有关
【Abstract】 s:The emulsion polymerization of D 4 in the presence of dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium bromide and NaOH was studied.Stable cationic emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane with higher molecular weight was prepared by four procedures of polymerization.The ring opening polymerization of D 4 took place inside emulsion particle,however,the condensation reaction between OH ended polysiloxane of various molecular weight took place on the surface of emulsion particles.The stability of cationic silicone emulosion was related to lyotropic mesomorphism on the surface of emulsion particles.
