5-(5-硝基-2-羟基苯偶氮)罗丹宁光度法测定钯
Spectrophotometric determination of palladium with 5-(5-nitro-2-hydroxyphenylazo)-rhodanine
【摘要】 在磷酸介质中 ,在表面活性剂OP存在下 ,5 ( 5 硝基 2 羟基苯偶氮 )罗丹宁 (NHPAR)与钯反应形成橘红色的稳定络合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 474nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =4 0× 1 0 4,钯含量在 0~ 45 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,相关系数r=0 9998。方法简便 ,选择性好 ,用于催化剂中的钯的测定 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 In H 3PO 4 medium and in the presence of emulsifier OP,the reagent 5 (5 nitro 2 hydroxyphenylazo) rhodanine(NHPAR) reacts with Pd(Ⅱ) to form 1:2 orange red complex with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε=4 0×10 4l·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 474nm Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-45μg/25mL for Pd(Ⅱ),the correlation coeffecient is r=0 9998 The proposed method has been used for the determination of Pd(Ⅱ) in Pd catalyst with satisfactory results
