X射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石中CaO、MgO和SiO2
Determination of CaO MgO and SiO2 in the lime stone by XRFS
【摘要】 试样用硼酸镶边衬底压片 ,以铑靶的瑞利散射线强度为内标 ,X射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石中的CaO、MgO和SiO2 ,取得满意的结果。
【Abstract】 The powder samples were pressed into disks by using boric acid to trim lining. The CaO, MgO and SiO 2 in the lime stone were measured with XRFS by using the Rayliegh scattered light intensity of Rh target as internal standard.
