镁砂的粉末直接压片法X荧光光谱分析
X-ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis of magnesia powder pressed into disks
【摘要】 采用粉末样品直接压片法 ,通过基体校正等手段 ,建立了优质镁砂X射线荧光分析方法。该方法快速、准确、成本低。
【Abstract】 By pressing the magnesia powder into disks directly and correcting the matrix effect, a method for X-ray fluorescence analysis of magnesia was established. The method was rapid, accurate and cheap in cost.
