高压水除鳞在高线生产中的应用
Applying hydraulic jet descaler to produce high speed wire rod
【摘要】 详细介绍一种新型多组泵加变频装置直接供水除鳞系统的配置及其工作原理。实际应用过程中表明 :该除磷系统具有节能、工作可靠、除鳞方式灵活、设备磨损小、生产成本低以及一次性投资小等一系列优点。
【Abstract】 Introduce a new multiple pumps of accelerating variable-frequency supplycing water directly to get ride of descaler and working principle;this system has a series advartages-saving energy,operating stably and flexbly,reducing wear,cost and lump-sum investment.
