【摘要】 目的　探讨上颌中切牙倒置埋伏阻生的矫治方法。方法　 6对 11例倒置阻生的上中切牙 ,先行开窗术式与翻瓣术式显露牙冠 ,然后在U型保护罩的支持下用固定正畸技术进行矫治。结果　翻瓣术式后固定矫正器经 12～ 18个月 ,开窗术式后固定矫正器 8～ 12个月使倒置埋伏阻生牙进入牙弓排齐。结论　倒置埋伏阻生的上颌中切牙 ,通过手术和正畸技术 ,完全能排入正常牙列 ,不需拔除更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods of orthodontic treatment of the inversely impacted central incisors in maxillae. Methods In 11 case of the inversely impacted upper central incisors, treatment of flap operations or fenestration were made to expose their crown at first. Then, orthodontic treatment using fixed appliance were performed under the protection of “U”. Results After flap operation, the inversely impacted teeth was aligned by using fixed appliance for 12～18 months. And after fenestration it needs 8～12 months. Conclusion The inversely impacted centralf incisors in the maxillae could be aligned both operation and orthodontic treatment. The teeth need not to be extracted.更多还原
