【摘要】 目的　探讨自然流产夫妇细胞遗传学特点。方法　用人体外周血淋巴细胞培养法 ,进行染色体G带分析 ,并进一步进行统计学分析。结果　染色体畸变是自然流产的一个重要原因 ,且大Y是其重要方面。结论　对不明原因的自然流产、死胎等异常孕产史夫妇进行染色体检查具有重要意义 ,同时研究结果提示对不明原因的先兆流产不要盲目保胎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate causes of spontaneous abortion by cytogenetic analysis. Methods Analyzing G-band chromosomes by use of lymphocytes from human peripheral blood statistically. Results Chromosomal aberrations were important causes of spontaneous abortion, especially big Y-chromosome. Conclusion It is important to examine the chromosomal karyotypes for couples with history of spontaneous abortion, or dead embryos. The result also suggests that to prevent abortion blindly for women with unexplained abortion should be avoided.更多还原
