【Abstract】 The regional development imbalance brings China’s economy to difficulties at the turn of the century. To solve this problem, the development in western economy should be fastened. It is considered that idealogic changes and adoption of effective measure conforming to market mechanism,the adjustment of industry structure,the choice of major industry,the strengthening of infrastructure, the protection of eco environment, the implementation of differential support policy is the only way of Western’s sustainable development.更多还原
