利用条形码测量电荷耦合成像系统的调制传递函数的方法
METHOD FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF THE MODULATION TRANSFER FUNCTION OF CHARGED-COUPLED DEVICE IMAGING SYSTEMS FROM BAR-TARGET PATTERNS
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种利用条型码来测量电荷耦合器件 (CCD)在成像系统装置的调制传递函数的测量方法。同时分析了减少误差的方法 ,并给出了理论和实验数据。
【Abstract】 A method for determination of the modulation transfer function(MTF)of Charged-Coupled Device(CCD)imaging system is presented.The method that reduces errors is developed and theoretical and experimental data are presented.
