【摘要】 目的　观察祁阳县基本消灭丝虫病后远期效果和净化情况。方法　于 1980 -1995年进行了丝虫纵向和横向监测。结果　人群微丝蚴率由 1980年的 0 0 6 %降至 0 ;致乏库蚊自然感染率由 1980年的 1 96 %降至 0 ;中华按蚊仅1980年检出阳性 ,3年血清学监测人群抗体率降至非流行区水平 ;3例微丝蚴阳性者 ,均于 3～ 4年全部自然转阴。结论　全县丝虫病防治效果巩固。已达部颁消灭丝虫病标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to know the long-term result and pure case after basicods elimination of filariasis in Qiyang County.Mathods longitudinal surveillance and cross-sectional surveillance of filariasis were Carried out from 1980 to 1995.Results The microfilaria rates had decreased to 0 from 0 06% in 1980.The Culex quinque fasciatus natural infection rates dropped down from 1 96% in 1980 to 0.Two An.Sinensis were positive only in 1980.The antibody rates in the population dropped to the non-endemic Standard by three-year*ss ELISA.Annual quantitative blood examination of 3 mf-positive cases showed all the case became negative naturally in 3～4 years.Condusions The results showed after basicaly elimination of filariasis the microfilarin rate and the ratural infection rate of mosquito vector had decreased to the normal standard in the whole county.更多还原
