【摘要】 目的　了解病人从发现、就诊到治疗管理过程中相关的社会经济因素 ,为改进结核病防治措施 ,争取政府部门的支持提供科学依据。方法　对 2 0 0 0年四川省结核病流行病学抽样调查中发现的 2 46例肺结核患者进行社会经济状况问卷调查。结果　①患者接受健康教育的覆盖面较 1990年增加 32 6 % ,有症状未就诊者较 1990年减少 5 6 8%。②由结核病防治机构确诊、登记并治疗的病人仅占 16 7%。③ 83 7%的病人家庭人均年收入低于当地人均年收入。④患者未就诊、未治疗和间断中断治疗分别为 30 2 %、 2 0 %、 5 2 8%。结论　扩大结核病健康教育覆盖面 ,加强结核病归口管理 ,推行现代结核病控制策略 ,加大政府对结核病防治工作的经费投入等至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation that patients economic factor and of patient detecting,and seeking medical service,and treatment management etc..and provide the science basis for improving the control measure and winning the government surport.Methods The econmic condition survey was carried out in the 246 patients that were founded radomly in the survey for the epidemiology of tuberculosis in 2000 in Sichuan province.Results ①In comparison with the result of the survey in 1990,the covered rate of health education showed a 32.6% increase.the patient had symptoms but did not to see doctor showed a 56.8% decresse.②The patients that were registered in TB control setting only occupied 16.7%.③83 7% famaily of patient annual income were below their annual income.④The patient because of financial problem did not to see doctor,treatment delay and interrupted were 30 2%,20%,52 8% repectively.Conclusions It is very important to enlarge the covered rate of TB health education,strengthen TB unite management,implement the modern TB control policy,and strengthen finance input.更多还原
