【摘要】 目的　对国产和进口CHO乙肝基因工程疫苗阻断HBV母婴传播效果进行研究。方法　分别用长春生物制品研究所和法国巴斯德公司生产的 2 0ug/剂CHO乙肝基因工程疫苗 ,对HBsAg和HBeAg阳性母亲的健康新生儿进行免疫 ,并定期随访检测其血清HBsAg和抗 -HBs情况 ,了解阻断HBV母婴传播效果。各组观察时间≥ 9个月者分别为 33例和 2 4例。结果　免疫保护率分别为 79 2 %和 5 1 7% (P <0 0 5 ) ;T9抗 -HBs阳转率最高 ,分别为 81 0 %和 6 8 4%(P >0 0 5 ) ;T12 抗体水平达高峰分别为 2 0 8 5和 379 3mIU (P <0 0 5 )。结论　国产CHO乙肝基因工程疫苗具有良好的保护性 ,阻断HBV母婴传播的效果较进口疫苗好 ;但进口疫苗诱导产生的抗体水平高于国产疫苗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Study the interruption effect of perinatal transmission of HBV by domestile and foreign Hepatitis B vaccine.Methods To infants of HBsAg and HBeAg both positive mothers were vaccinated with Chinese hamster ovary cell (CHO) recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (20ug/dose,by Changchun Institute of Biological Products and Paster Company of France,at 0,first,6th month.All the babies were followed up from 9th to 24th month.Results The results showed that the protective rates were 79 2% and 51 7%( P <0 05),respectively.The positive rates of Anti-HBs were 81 0% and 68 4%( P >0 05) at 9 months, respectively.The geometric mean titers of Anti-HBs were 208 5 m IU and 379 3 m IU( P <0 01)at 12 months,respectively.Conclusions The initial results revealed Changchun CHO recombinant vaccine had higher protective rates than Paster vaccine.But the geometric mean titers of Anti-HBs was lower than Paster vaccine.更多还原
