【摘要】 为了探讨mdm 2基因与睾丸肿瘤发生及预后的关系 ,应用免疫组化方法检测 2 7例睾丸肿瘤中mdm 2蛋白表达水平 ,发现有 12例为mdm 2蛋白阳性表达 ,并且与睾丸肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期有关。提示睾丸肿瘤恶性程度与mdm 2蛋白表达具有明显相关性。mdm - 2蛋白表达可能成为睾丸肿瘤预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 The mdm 2 protein expression was assayed by immunohistochemical and 12 of the 27 tumors were positively stained.The expression has been related to the tumor grade and stage. The result denoted that mdm 2 protein expression was relevant to the tumor grade and tumor stage and therefore might be a marker for the evaluation of the prognosis of testicular cancer.更多还原
