牙轮钻头滑动轴承衬套强韧化热处理的研究
Studies and Application of Tough Hardening Heat Treatment on Sliding Bearing Bushing of Blast Hole Rock Bits
【摘要】 用高速钢制作矿用牙轮钻头轴承系统的衬套 ,普遍存在破裂现象 ,通过采用低温淬火和优化工艺参数 ,其韧性大幅度提高 ,工业试验的破裂率由传统的 90 %~ 96 %下降到 7%~ 13 % ,钻头穿孔米道提高了 17%。
【Abstract】 Fractures occurr frequently in the bushing made from high speed tool steel on the bearing system of blast hole rock bits A big increase in toughness is obtained through low temperature quenching and parameter optimization The industrial test shows that the fracture rate declines from 90%~96% by 7%~13% and drilling meters increase by 17%.
