Ba2-xSrxTiSi2O8微晶玻璃的光及SAW性能
Optical Nonlinearity and SAW Property of Ba2-xSrxTiSi2O8 Glass-ceramics
【摘要】 以 Ba2 - x Srx Ti Si2 O8为主晶相 ,制备透明微晶玻璃 ,测试了材料的二阶非线性光学性能 ;以晶粒定向微晶玻璃为基片制作了声表面波 (SAW)滤波器 ,测试了器件的性能参数 ,分析了材料结构与性能的关系和材料的改进方向
【Abstract】 With main crystalline phase of Ba 2- x Sr x TiSi 2O 8,transparent glass ceramics is obtained and the second order optical nonlinearity is measured.A SAW filter is made with grain oriented glass ceramics and its property is also measured.The relationship between material structure and filter property is discussed and the improvement of material is put forward.
