铁电电容的物理模型研究
Physical Modeling of Ferroelectric Capacitors
【摘要】 用一种物理方法解释了非理想铁电电容器的电路行为。在该方法中把分立的铁电电容假设为堆积状的介电层结构 ,包括铁电层和非开关介电层。通过这种方法改进了 Sawyer- Tower电路并测量了其电特性。用该模型较准确地测量了由于输入信号频率变化而引起的电滞回线的畸变 ,并且输入信号幅度的影响与实验结果比较吻合。
【Abstract】 A physical method is developed for modeling the behavior of electrical circuits containing nonideal ferroelectric capacitors.The method is illustrated by modeling the discrete ferroeletric capacitor as a stacked dielectric structure,with switching ferroelectric and nonswitching dieletric layers.Electrical properties of a modified Sawyer Tower circuit are predicted by the model.Distortions of hysteresis loops due to resistive losses as a function of input signal frequency are accurately predicted by the model.The effect of signal amplitude variations predicted by the model is also agree with experimental data.
