PZT60/40晶体压电性能随空间变化的研究
The Research of Crystal Orientation Dependence of Piezoelectric Properties for PZT60/40
【摘要】 在准同型相边界 (x =0 .5 3)附近 ,利用坐标变换法 ,对压电性能较好的 PZT6 0 / 40 (6 0 % Pb Zr O3,40 %Pb Ti O3)晶体的压电系数 d33、d31 以及机电耦合系数 k33、k31 的空间分布进行了计算 ,绘制了它们在空间分布的直观图像 ,得到了它们的最大值及其方位 ,其中 d33的最大值为 189p C/ N ,是未变换前的 2 .7倍 ,在 YOZ平面内右偏 Z轴 5 6 .7°;k33的最大值为 0 .8,是未变换前的 1.5倍 ,在 YOZ平面内右偏 Z轴 5 1.3°,并将上述结果与文献 [1]进行了比较 ,澄清了一些结论。
【Abstract】 In this paper,near the morphortropic phase boundary x =0 53,crystal orientation dependence of piezoelectric constants d 33 , d 31 and electromechanical coupling factors k 33 ,k 31 have been calculated phenomenologically for PZT60/40(60%PbZrO 3,40%PbTiO 3)in three dimensional space by means of transformations.The maximum longitudinal piezoelectric constants d 33 , d 31 and electromechanical factors k 33 , k 31 have been obtained.The max d 33 =189 pC/N and max k 33 =0 8 are found at 56.7° and 51.3° respectively,canted z axis from right in YOZ mirror,which are 2.7 times and 1.5 times than they along z axis,and these results are compared with that in reference[1].The methods for transformations of the dielectric constants,piezoelectric constants,elastic compliances and electromechanical coupling factors in three dimensional space are also introduced in detail.
